Terms and Conditions

1. Schedule: May 7 (00:00 UTC) – May 21 (23:59 UTC).
2. General Information
• Prize Type: Cash prizes and $TRUE Tokens
• Token Value: 0.42 €/$ per 1 $TRUE
• Prize Distribution: Instant payout to player balance upon winning
• Prize Pool Visibility: Displayed in the in-game interface
• Qualifying games: TrueLab Games
3. Participation Rules
• Players must join the campaign manually via the promotional pop-up or UI icon.
• Only bets that meet the qualifying criteria will be eligible.
• Qualifying bets must be real-money wagers placed in eligible games, with no active bonus applied.
• Players can win any random prize from the prize pool during the campaign.
• Each prize drop occurs independently and instantly upon a qualifying bet.
• All prizes are paid out automatically.
• The number of available prizes is updated instantly.
• Minimum qualifying bet: 0.1 €/$ or equivalent in session currency
4. Prize Pool
• 5 €/$- 1000 Quantity -5 Bonus (TRUE)
• 10 €/$- 250 Quantity -7 Bonus (TRUE)
• 25 €/$- 100 Quantity -10 Bonus (TRUE)
5. Prize pool total: 2,700 prizes
6. The campaign may end earlier if all prizes are dropped before the end date.
7. Prizes will be paid instantly in $TRUE Tokens. Payouts are usually instant but may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
8. Prizes are awarded randomly throughout the campaign period based on RNG. Therefore, not all prizes may be dropped.
9. Prizes are available either in $TRUE Tokens or their equivalent value in real money.
10. The EUR value of prizes is calculated based on a fixed rate: 1 $TRUE = €0.42.
11. True Labs reserves the right to withhold a prize in the event of:
• an obvious error, mistake or technical fault (e.g., incorrect game payouts)
• evidence of cheating or collusion with other players
12. These terms and conditions may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
13. By participating in the campaign, players agree to the terms and conditions.
